and motivated to go after them which in return improve your productivity and
profits. Always remember change is only certain and its law of nature,
accepting change and adapting to new circumstances will only lead us to win win

compromising your values.Enjoy the change, be curious and face the change with
a positive attitude. You have to discover a ray of positivity hidden in the most
negative situation and use it as lamp to come out of the situation. If you want
to achieve something you have never had you have to act and do something you
have never done.

self-trust. You have to be more
transparent, accountable, less fearful, forward-thinking, collaborative,
optimistic and open to taking risks. You believe and trust in what you're
doing. Self-confidence breeds initiative, action and resolve. Always remember
motivation means “want to do a task” and self confidence gives it the required
start “can do best”.Self confidence is
a mental tug-of-war between the belief in yourself and belief in a bad outcome.
Trust yourself ,you can do it.Dont stop before trying, give yourself a chance
,be prepared to face the outcome as we know failure is a stepping stone to
success so there is no need to fear the outcome.Think of the satisfaction which
you gain when a task is accomplished perfectly and it can give you more energy
in your work and also spread the energy to people around you.If you can trust
yourself you can trust your dreams see them turning into reality.
3. Win friends and supporters. You can't be successful if you can’t win

more, put effort to gain more and be an expert of next level.

things that lift your mood and mental outlook. What activities, people and things do you enjoy the most and give you
a mental lift? Write them down and do those things more often—have more fun! This keeps your mind
stress free and helps you focus better. Learn to manage your time to maintain a
balance between your work to be done and work for fun. The more work for fun activities
in your life, the more you are motivated and deliver best.Set goals and strive
to be better each day. This can be improving your knowledge, skills,
reputation, health and relationships. Setting goals broadens your outlook and brightens your future.

day. Mentally reset your perspective by thinking of the positive and uplifting
things in your life. Count your
blessings. Establish a mental sanctuary where you can quiet your mind
and renew the belief in yourself. Nothing moves you higher and faster than
doing acts of human kindness. It's a double
win—it makes both you and the other party happy. Giving to others is a
pure upper level behavior: positive, caring and selfless. You'll be surprised;
just one act of kindness each day will make a difference .When the mind is calm
you think more clearly and work with more efficiency.Learn to say prayers, they
have a lot of powerin them.Praying shouldn’t be a routine, realize the power of
your payers. They get you closer to your dreams and give you more courage to
fulfil your dreams.Enchanting prayers improves your connect with inner self
provided you enchant them rightly.
7. Spin forward. Don't dwell on past mistakes and disappointments; shift your thinking
to identify positive (spin), future (forward) actions. Learn from your mistakes and
move forward in time (e.g., "How can I do better next time?"
"How can I improve myself?" "What can I do to solve this
problem?").Always have a positive thought ("point") that can quickly move you upward (pivot) when
you're feeling down about yourself. It may be a picture of your children, your
spouse's smile, a happy memory, an achievement, a song, a poem or a piece of
artwork. Work and socialize with happy,
positive people. It's fun and you'll learn what keeps them happy and
motivated. Their successful habits are bound to rub off on you. Don't let past
problems, self-disappointments, regrets and failures weigh you down. You can't
pursue future opportunities if your mind is restrained by past mistakes.
Self-forgiveness occurs when bad thoughts are replaced with good thoughts,
which lightens the mind.
8.

Know
that you are unique and you deserve the best. You have great potential and abilities. Discover your passion and work
with initiative for self actualization.
Think positively,network well,exercise daily,eat healthy,work hard,stay
strong,build faith,worry less,read more,be happy,volunteer freely,relax
often, love always, live forever. Dare to love yourself, its not being selfish
you deserve it. You can regard others as worthy only if you begin regarding yourself as worthy. Work a pleasant
personality with conscious effort ,be well groomed, take care of your dressing
and present yourself well.
9.
Beware
of demotivating factors
With
rapid rates of job turnover, employees want more
career development, faster advancement, higher decision-making authority and
greater freedom in their jobs. It stems from the strong human need to feel
secure, accepted and relevant. Some other factors which hinder good work and
demotivate are interpersonal conflicts, micromanagement, excessive competition,
bullying, peer pressure and working with difficult people. Interpersonal
conflict is probably the most destructive element to team and individual project
performance. When people don't get along, work is mediocre at best since people
"just want to get it done." Quality suffers and work is not a fun
place when there are constant squabbles among co-workers. It is one of the most
stressful situations for people—resulting in low productivity, errors and
sabotage. Other than conflicts, the most common interpersonal factors that
prevent being motivated are peer
pressure, difficult people and harsh criticism.Beware and protect
yourself from these factors.
10.
Take responsibility
Taking
responsibility is easier rather than running away from it. Don’t refrain from
taking responsibility You cannot survive if you cannot take responsibility, knowingly
or unknowingly we all have taken up small or big tasks and accomplished. That
implies we can take up a higher level of task and accomplish it our level best .You
grow when you face challenges. You cannot survive if you cannot face harsh circumstances.Have well defined
principles in life and protect your principles from being influenced by peer pressure.Fun always defeats fear and adding a sense of fun to a
challenging task lightens the weight and pressure of the moment. It relaxes you
mentally, physically and spiritually. Difficult
people and tough situations are part of life, be bold and learn to ignore difficult people and harsh criticism. Focus on good thoughts .Age can
wrinkle your skin but anxiety, stress and negativity wrinkles your soul, you
have the power to prevent wrinkles appearing on your soul. Be motivated by
practicing simple yet powerful things which add more meaning to life and make
living easier.
Nice!!
